1 MASHAAL 2026 Quick User Guide — School User Manual Version: V1.1, 23 Sep 2026 Section 1: Login & Password Reset ● Open the portal URL “https://staging.biharsportsmashaal.in/home” and click SCHOOL LOGIN. ● Enter UDISE Code and General Password [Mashaal@2026], then click LOGIN. ● Forgot password? Use “Forgot Password” → enter registered email → reset link is sent. School Login screen Reset Password after first time login

2 Section 2: Dashboard ● Shows a quick snapshot: registered athletes, battery test progress, sport-wise registrations, and Final School Team status. ● All figures update automatically as data changes. Dashboard overview Section 3: Student Registration ● Student Registration → Register New Student → fill name, gender, Aadhaar, DOB, parents' details, mobile, sport, photo & Aadhaar copy → Register. ● One student can register for only one sport; fields marked * are mandatory. ● Registered list supports Search, filters (Sport / Age / Status) and Export; each row allows View, Lock/Unlock, Delete. ● PT Teacher can be added separately via + PT Teacher, with name, contact and address. 3 Section 4: Battery Test ● Battery Test → view Measurement Details grid for all registered players. ● Export the OCR score sheet (15 students per sheet), fill scores by hand, then re-upload it under the matching range (1–15, 16–30, etc.) — the system reads the scores automatically. ● Check for red cells (errors) before clicking Submit. Battery Test measurement details Section 5: Intra-School Team ● Intra-School Team → + Team → choose Age Category, Sport, players, and Team Name → Create Team. ● Squad sizes: Kabaddi 9 (7+2), Football 7 (5+2), Volleyball 7 (6+1) — match age category to the sport's eligible groups. 4 Section 6: Result & Rank ● Result → select Age Category and Sport to view players/teams and their results. ● Use Add Rank to assign a rank after checking the result; Re-select Rank lets you correct it later. Result & Rank screen Section 7: Final School Team ● Final School Team → summary cards show available players, teams created, active teams and sports. ● Use + Team to build a new final team; filter or search existing teams by sport, age category or status. 5 Section 8: Send to CRC ● Send to CRC → CRC Transfer Center shows Solo Entries, Teams, and CRC status ready for transfer. ● Verify all player/team details and the correct CRC assignment before clicking Send to CRC - this step cannot be reversed. CRC Transfer Center Section 9: Profile ● Profiles shows School Information, CRC Details and Headmaster Details. ● Click Edit Profile to update CRC and Headmaster contact information, then save.
